We helped these sellers plan + design a new master bathroom that included paint, new flooring, free-standing tub, double vanity with lighting, and a beautiful walk-in shower.

We chose materials and a color palette that complimented the overall design of the house while creating a serene spa-like experience that buyers loved.

We transformed the overall look of this charming home with fresh interior paint throughout the first floor, replaced existing furniture with staged items, and updated light fixtures.

In this colonial home we freshened up the formal dining room with a modern traditional light fixture and light/neutral paint color on the walls that we continued into the foyer area and living room to create a sense of cohesion between the adjacent spaces.

The tone of the hardwood floors and amount of natural light that enters the room dictated the paint color we selected. We chose an oversized light fixture that was traditional in design but modern in shape and scale to wow buyers!

In the grand foyer of this French inspired colonial home we had the hardwood floors refinished, walls freshly painted, stair runner removed and painted the stair faces white, and stained the banister a darker tone for an updated impression.

We continued the light wall color from the foyer into the open dining area to compliment the millwork throughout the house. Removing the stair runner was hugely impactful to buyers- painting the stair risers white and darkening the banister brought some modern contrast to the space.

This home benefitted simply from paint, lighting, and staging. The difference speaks for itself.
